§ 53.03 DEPOSITING OF GARBAGE.
   (A)   No person shall deposit, throw, drop, or place any garbage, trash, or recyclable material in or upon any street, alley, park, creek, river, or other public place except as hereinafter provided. A person may deposit garbage, trash, or recyclable material, the contents of which were consumed upon the premises of any public place by such person, in receptacles designated for such purpose.
   (B)   No person shall place any garbage or recyclable material in or upon any private property, unless such property is either owned by that person or that person has the permission of the owner or occupant of such private property to place such garbage or recyclable material there and said permission is not in violation of the agreement with the garbage collector.
   (C)   No garbage shall be placed upon any private property unless such garbage shall be enclosed in a garbage can or suitable container, as provided by § 53.02.
