(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of § 53.03 shall pay a fine of $150 per occurrence.
(C) Any person found to be in violation of § 53.06(A) and (B) shall be subject to a fine to not exceed $200 or 30 days in jail, or both.
