(A) General. The following provisions shall further apply and shall supersede any and all references listed within the adopted edition of the International Property Maintenance Code - 2003 Edition.
(B) Additions, insertions and changes.
(1) Section 101.1 Insert “Village of Gardner”.
(2) Sections 103.5 Add the following:
“Fee Schedule - Fee schedule shall be determined by Ordinance by the Village Council”.
(3) Section 111 “Means of Appeal”
Delete 111.1 - 111.8 and Insert: See Building Code amendments section F.
(4) Section 302.4 Weed Delete the section in its entirety and Insert see the Village of Gardner Nuisance Ordinance.
(5) Section 304.14 Insert screens from May 1st to October 1st.
(6) Section 602.3 Heat supply required from October 1st to May 1st.
(7) Section 602.4 Heat supply required from October 1st to May 1st
(8) Referenced standards:
(a) Delete the references to the International Electric Code;
(b) Delete the references to the International Existing Building Code;
(c) Delete the references to the International Plumbing Code; and
(d) Delete the references to the International Zoning Code.
