The provisions of this chapter apply to the construction, site work alteration, equipment, addition, repair, replacement removal, demolition, location, use, occupancy and maintenance of all buildings and structures, and shall apply to existing or proposed buildings and structures; except as otherwise provided for in the Village of Gardner Zoning Title, or other ordinances or statutes.
