§ 15.15.055  PERMITTED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND USES IN REQUIRED YARDS.
   (A)   The following accessory buildings, structures and uses are permitted and may be obstructions in yards as follows:
Awnings or canopies; projecting not more than three feet into a required yard

   (B)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to construct, place or cause to be erected a manufactured portable carport on public or private property within the Village of Gardner.
      (2)   Any manufactured portable carport is hereby declared to be unlawful and is hereby prohibited.
      (3)   Any manufactured portable carports which are existing as a non-conforming structure upon the effective date of Ord. VG03-377 herein shall be removed within one year from the effective date of the ordinance. Any person who fails to remove any manufactured portable carport within the one-year period shall be in violation of this provision and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed herein.
