(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) The Zoning Officer is hereby designated and authorized to enforce this chapter. However, it shall also be the duty of all officers, citizens and employees of the village to assist the Zoning Officer by reporting to him or her any new construction, reconstruction, improved land uses, or upon any seeming violation.
