§ 13.10.050  SPECIFIC BUSINESSES.
   No keeper of any public billiard hall, pool room, game room, video arcade or bowling alley with the village shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to play any such game, upon any table or other device kept by him or her, nor shall he or she permit any such person to frequent his or her place of business, or to loiter or remain therein, after the hours named in § 13.10.040 unless written consent or permission of the parent or guardian of the person; or unless engaged in an activity involving rights protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, such as the free exercise of religion or freedom of speech and the right of assembly.
