§ 13.10.040  CHILDREN ON STREETS AT NIGHT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under 18 years of age to be on or remain on or loiter in, or upon any streets, alleys or public places within the village limits of the Village of Gardner, Illinois, after the hour of 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and after the hour of 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday unless the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal custody of the minor; or unless engaged in an activity involving rights protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, such as the free exercise of religion or freedom of speech and the right of assembly.
