§ 13.10.045  PERMITTING CHILDREN TO VIOLATE CURFEW.
   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or any other person having the legal custody or control of any person under the age of 18 years to allow or permit the child to go or be upon any public street, alley or other public place in the village in the night time as restricted in § 13.10.040, except in the case of necessity therefor; or unless engaged in an activity involving rights protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, such as the free exercise of religion or freedom of speech and the right of assembly.
