§ 11.10.115  SPECIAL EVENTS RESTRICTIONS ON SALES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful during any special event for any person, firm or corporation holding a Class A liquor license to draw, pour, mix or serve any alcoholic liquor, beer or non-alcoholic drink within any licensed retail premises in a glass bottle or glass container of any kind.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful during any special event for any person to be in possession of any glass bottle or glass container within any premises holding a Class A liquor license or upon any public street, sidewalk, right-of-way or other public premises.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for an agent or employee of a Class A liquor license to allow any person to remain within the licensed premises during any special event while in possession of a glass bottle or glass container of any kind, regardless of whether the glass bottle or glass container was purchased or otherwise acquired within the licensed premises.
   (D)   For the purpose of this section, SPECIAL EVENT is any village sponsored community event, specifically including Gardner Days Celebration, or other community event as may be determined and declared by the Village of Gardner Liquor Commissioner.
