(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, except as listed otherwise herein, shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any persons violating any of the provisions of § 11.10.150 shall be punished by a fine in an amount of not less than $75 nor more than $750. Nothing within this section shall preempt the discretionary powers of the Liquor Commissioner to suspend or revoke the liquor license of any party violating § 11.10.150.
