§ 11.10.105  SALE TO MINORS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   (C)   In every tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold, there shall be displayed at all times in a prominent place a printed card which shall read substantially as follows:
   “WARNING TO MINORS
      You are subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 under the ordinance of the Village of Gardner, if you purchase alcoholic liquor or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor”
   (D)   It is unlawful for any parent or guardian to permit any minor child of which he or she may be the parent or guardian to violate any provision of this section.
   (E)   It is unlawful to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any minor, except in the performance of religious ceremony or service.
   (F)   It is unlawful for any minor, defined as any person under the age of 21 years, to attend any bar, to draw, pour, mix or serve any alcoholic liquor, or participate in any way in the sale of any sealed packaged liquor, including beer, wine products, liquor or any other product containing alcoholic liquor, and intended for consumption as an alcohol product.
