§ 11.05.035 BUILDINGS AND PREMISES; COMPLIANCE WITH VILLAGE REQUIREMENTS.

(A) No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, and no permit for any thing or act, if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with the requirements of the village.

(B) No license or permit shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act which would involve a violation of Chapter 15.15 of this code.
