It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to permit to maintain the existence of any nuisance on any property under his, her or its control. The Superintendent of Police and the Health Officer are each authorized to abate any nuisances existing in the village, whether the nuisance is one specifically recognized by ordinance or not.
