(A) It shall be unlawful and deemed a public nuisance for garbage to be placed on the street for collection in other than suitable containers as required above any sooner than 4:00 p.m. the day before scheduled pick-up.
(B) It shall be unlawful and deemed a public nuisance to place the refuse containers at the street for collection sooner than 4:00 p.m. the day before scheduled pick-up.
(C) It shall be unlawful and deemed a public nuisance to leave refuse and empty refuse containers at the pick-up site after 12:00 p.m. the day following the day of scheduled pick-up.
