§ 9.20.225  BURNING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall burn garbage or refuse within the village limits.
   (B)   Nothing herein contained shall prohibit any person from burning landscape waste, as defined by the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/3.270), generated from one’s own property.
   (C)   An individual burning landscape waste pursuant to division (B) shall burn between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.  Burning shall not be allowed within two feet of any street, sidewalk, or alleyway (both improved and unimproved).
   (D)   In addition to the penalties described in § 9.20.999, any individual who violates the provisions of this section shall be responsible for the cost of repair to the village property.
