§ 9.20.135 SALE OF UNWHOLESOME FOOD; UNLAWFUL.

No person, firm or corporation shall offer for sale, or keep for the purpose of selling, or offering for sale, any food of any kind intended for human consumption which is soiled or tainted or is unwholesome and unfit for human consumption for any reason.
