§ 9.15.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1.05.999.

   (B)   Regulating encroachment on public right-of-way.  Any person, firm or corporation violating § 9.15.005 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues to exist.

   (C)   Prohibiting any obstruction of the sidewalks and pathways.  The penalty for violation of any of the provisions of § 9.15.010 shall be not less than $75 nor more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day during or on which a violation of § 9.15.010 continues.
