§ 9.10.010  VILLAGE POLICY; HUMAN RELATIONS.
   It is to be the policy of the Village of Gardner that discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations and financing based on race, color, sex, religion, age, ancestry, national origin, marital status or physical or mental handicap unrelated to ability is prohibited.
