(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1.05.999.
(B) Discrimination in housing and/or real property. Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 9.10.030 through 9.10.040 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,500. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. This section shall in no way abrogate or impair the right of the Village of Gardner, Illinois, to specifically enforce, by any legal means, any of the provisions of §§ 9.10.030 through 9.10.040.
