§ 7.05.050  MISCELLANEOUS PARKING RULES.
   (A)   Truck parking.
      (1)   For purposes of this division (A), TRUCK and TRAILER shall be defined as any vehicle either displaying or required to display license plate with the classification greater than D truck or any trailer requiring a truck of a classification to be transported or any semi-tractor truck and/or trailer combination or commercial vehicle having a seating capacity for more than nine passengers or any other commercial vehicle exceeding 31 feet in overall length.
      (2)   No person shall leave any truck or trailer as defined herein parked upon any public street, alley or other village property for more than 120 consecutive minutes while in the course of a stop or delivery within the village limits. No person shall park or leave any truck or trailer as defined herein on any public street, alley or other village property located in a residential district within the village limits at any time.
   (B)   Direction. No person shall park on any street of highway so that the right side of the vehicle is closer to the center of the street than the left side of the vehicle except on one-way streets.
   (C)   Vehicles parked on public streets. It is unlawful for any automobile dealer or any other person, firm or corporation to park or stand any automobile or other motor vehicle held for sale or otherwise upon any street in the village or upon any property of the village for the purpose of storing the vehicle or for the purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale.
   (D)   Parking signs. The Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements or any other person authorized by the Village Council shall cause signs to be posted in all areas where parking is limited or prohibited, indicating the limitations or prohibitions.
