§ 7.05.005  CONFORMANCE WITH STATE VEHICLE CODE.
   No person shall own, maintain or operate a motor vehicle within the village limits except in conformance with the State Vehicle Code; provided, however, where the state vehicle code permits or requires local municipal ordinances, and the village has enacted those ordinances, they shall control.
