Each separate residential, commercial or industrial use within the village shall pay monthly water service charge as established in § 5.05.155 regardless of whether it is separately metered or not. In the event that two or more uses in a building are served by a single meter, each use shall pay a minimum charge as defined herein and the excess gallonage shall be divided equally between the number of uses in the building.
