§ 3.05.185  ADDRESSING MEETINGS.
   No person other than the Mayor or a Commissioner shall address the Village Council at a regular, special or emergency meeting, except upon the authorization of either the Mayor, or upon motion and the consent of a majority of the Commissioners present. The Mayor may limit the time available for public comment.
