§ 92.05 ABATEMENT BY CITY.

Whenever a person fails to abate a nuisance in accordance with the notice required in § 92.04, the city shall do so and the cost shall be charged against the owner or occupant as a special assessment in the same manner as specified for weed control. Performance of the work by the city, or the owner or occupant of any premises, shall not relieve any person from the penalty prescribed in § 92.99.
