§ 92.04 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES.
   Whenever any officer or official of the city shall determine that there exists a nuisance within the meaning of this code, the officer or official shall cause a notice to be served on the owner or occupant of the premises on which the nuisance exists, requiring the person to abate the nuisance within the time specified in the notice. Service of the notice shall be made in the following manner.
   (A)   By delivering the notice to the owner or occupant personally, or by leaving it at his residence, office, or place of business with some person of suitable age and discretion.
   (B)   By mailing the notice by certified mail to the owner or occupant at his last known address.
   (C)   If the owner or occupant is unknown, by posting the notice in some conspicuous place on the premises for five days.
