§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, notwithstanding whether another penalty is specifically provided, shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to the civil fines set forth in § 41.06. In addition to the general penalty applicable to a violation of this code, a person parking, storing, occupying, or using any trailer as defined herein in violation of § 92.46, shall be guilty of maintaining a nuisance. Upon application of the city to a court of competent jurisdiction, the maintenance of the nuisance may be restrained or abated.
   (B) Whoever violates §§ 92.15 through 92.18 shall be fined not more than $25 for each offense.
