§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.23 or who fails to comply with any notice issued pursuant to provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.23, upon being found guilty of such violation, shall be subject to a fine of no more than $100 for each separate offense. Each day during which any violation of the provisions of §§ 91.15 through 91.23 shall occur or continue shall constitute a separate offense. No later than ten days after any initial decision of the Village Administrator, or other designee of the Tree Commission, such decision may be appealed to the Tree Commission, who shall review the matter at its next scheduled meeting. Except in case of trees requiring emergency removal, any time limits imposed herein shall be stayed upon the filing of such an appeal in writing at the offices of the village until the matter is considered and ruled upon by the Tree Commission. The penalties imposed pursuant to this division (B) are in addition to the costs imposed upon property owners by other sections of §§ 91.15 through 91.23.
