1-13-1: COMPENSATION AND HOURS OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE:

A. Compensation: The municipal judge shall receive an annual salary that is eighty percent (80%) of the annual salary of a full time state magistrate judge.

B. Hours: The municipal judge shall hold office hours a minimum of forty (40) hours per week and shall hold no other employment that may conflict with the assigned judicial duties. (Ord. C95-1, 1-10-1995)
