No person shall stand within the paved portion of a street or roadway between the curbs of such street or roadway. Such person shall stand on a sidewalk or outside of a curb where provided, or where a sidewalk or curb is not provided, the person shall stand as far as practicable from the edge of the street or roadway.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
