353.08 AUTHORITY OF METER ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

The Meter Enforcement Officer established in Section 353.07 shall have authority to write parking tickets, including those tickets for parking too close to a fire hydrant and double parking. The Meter Enforcement Officer shall also collect moneys and fines from the parking meters and fine collection boxes. The Meter Enforcement Officer shall have authority to issue citations for any littering offense found within the Codified Ordinances.
