1354.99 PENALTY.

Any owner violating any provision of the Vacant Building Registry shall be punished as provided by Section 1351 of these codified ordinances and the Property Maintenance Code as adopted. A violation of any provision of this section shall be considered a first degree misdemeanor. (Ord. 2017-02. Passed 1-17-17.)
