151.04 REIMBURSEMENT OF TAXES AND GRATUITIES.

Any City employee or appointed or elected official for appropriate purchases which are presented for payment, properly documented and receipted, may be reimbursed for said payment of taxes and for said gratuities (gratuities not to exceed fifteen percent (15%)).
