145.01 CREATION AND COMPOSITION.

Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R. C. 149.39, there is hereby created a City Records Commission. The Commission shall be composed of the City Manager, as chairman, City Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer, City Solicitor and Library Director of the Samuel L. Bossard Memorial Library.
