139.01 VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S DEPENDENTS FUND BOARD.

Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R. C. 146.02(A), there is hereby established a Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board, which shall be composed in accordance with and governed by the provisions of state law.
