133.03 SAFE DEPOSIT BOX.
   The City Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer is authorized to secure a safe deposit box at a local bank, and to authorize the following persons to have access thereto:
   City Solicitor, City Auditor/Treasurer/Clerk, Assistant Treasurer and City Manager.
