(a) Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and the violator shall be liable for a $100 fine for each day the violation continues.
(b) Any person who fails to maintain a listed property in violation of the BOCA Maintenance Code of the City of Gallipolis shall be required to restore this property and its site to its appearance prior to its violation. Any action to enforce this subsection shall be brought forth by the City Solicitor. This civil remedy shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any criminal prosecution or penalty.
