1343.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted hereunder, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day of non-compliance shall be deemed a separate offense.
