The purpose of this chapter is to ensure maximum preservation and enhancement of the outstanding and unique scenic features of the Ohio River; to preserve the natural topographic lay of the land; to preserve, protect and prevent obstruction of the outstanding unique views of the river and to prevent any erosion associated with development.
