1333.02 BOND REQUIRED.
   Before any permit shall be issued as aforesaid, the applicant shall execute and file with the City Auditor a bond, payable to the City, in such reasonable sum and amount as fixed by the City Commission, with two sureties thereon, approved by the City Manager or his designee, conditioned that the applicant will pay any and all damages that may be recovered against the City by any person on account of injury or damage to persons or property occasioned by, or in any manner resulting from, the issuance of the permit, or by reason of any act or thing done pursuant thereto, or from the occupancy or disturbance of any street, alley or sidewalk in the City for the purpose of or in connection with the moving of such buildings by the person engaged therein, or by any persons in his employ, and also to save and keep the City free from all such damages and costs as may be incurred in defending against such claim.
