1325.03 FRAME BUILDINGS IN FIRE ZONE.
   No frame or wooden structure shall be built or moved within the fire zone after June 5, 1944, except:
   (a)   Temporary one-story frame buildings for the use of builders.
   (b)   One-story sheds not over fifteen feet high, open on the long side and not exceeding 1,000 square feet in area.
   (c)   Wooden fences not over ten feet high.
   (d)   Piazzas or balconies not exceeding twelve feet in width or extending more than three feet above the second-story ceiling. No structure shall extend beyond the lot line or be joined to any similar structure of another building.
   (e)   Bay windows when covered with an incombustible material.
