1325.02 BUILDING MATERIALS WITHIN FIRE ZONE.
   Every building erected, repaired or enlarged after June 6, 1944, within the fire zone, shall be enclosed on all sides with walls constructed of stone, brick, hollow building tile, or concrete and shall have the roof covered with incombustible material. Built-up roofs covered with crushed slate, sand, or gravel shall be considered incombustible.
