1325.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   There is hereby established a fire zone as follows:

   Being the upper or northeast halves of City lots abutting on the southwest side of Court Street and the lower or southwest halves of City lots abutting on the northeast side of Court Street, between First Avenue and Third Avenue; all the City lots abutting on the northeast side of State Street, between First Avenue and Third Avenue; and all the City lots abutting on the lower or southwest side of Locust Street, between Second Avenue and Third Avenue.
