1321.04 FIRE CLAY STOVEPIPES PERMITTED.
   In isolated, cheaply constructed buildings, the City Manager or his designee may permit fire clay stovepipe to be used in place of chimneys, but such stovepipe shall not come in contact with woodwork unless the same is suitably protected by metal to the satisfaction of the City Manager or his designee.
