103.01 SURVEYS REFERENCED TO PERMANENT CONTROL MONUMENTS.
   All surveyors working within and directly adjacent to the corporation limits of Gallipolis shall reference all surveys to a minimum of two permanent control monuments as recognized and approved by both the City of Gallipolis and the Gallia County Engineer’s office. A current listing of said permanent control monuments is available upon request from the Gallia County Engineer’s office. All surveys to be referenced to said permanent control monuments shall include but not be exclusive of: property surveys, property splits, property re-surveys, mortgage surveys, new or existing road construction/reconstruction, subdivisions, utility (water, sewer, etc.) line construction/locations or any other survey work that will affect and/or show a relationship of one property versus another property. All said survey work performed within and adjacent to the City corporation limits shall comply and conform to the above described standards and must be submitted for approval to the Gallia County Engineer’s office and to the City. All surveys will subsequently be placed on record in the Gallia County survey records housed at the Gallia County Engineer’s office.
