1139.13 REMOVAL FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND MEETINGS FOR THE BOARD OF APPEALS AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

Members of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission shall not fail to attend three (3) consecutive scheduled meetings, without notice to the Code Enforcement Officer of special circumstances. Upon such failure to attend without adequate reason to do so, the City Manager may remove such person(s) and recommend their replacements(s) for approval of the City Commission.
