Members of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission shall be removed for misfeasance or malfeasance in office or any other reasonable cause by the City Manager. The member so removed shall be given notice of such removal by certified mail or personal service. The members so notified shall have ten (10) days upon receipt to appeal such removal to the City Commission The City Commission shall set a hearing on the appeal within twenty (20) days of receipt. Vacancies shall be filled by recommendation of the City Manager with the approval of the City Commission.
