1139.10 DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL BODIES.

It is the intent of this Zoning Ordinance that all questions of interpretation and enforcement shall first be presented to the Code Enforcement Officer and then presented to the Board of Zoning Appeals only on appeal from the decision of the Code Enforcement Officer. Any recourse from the decisions of the Board shall be to the courts as provided by law.
