The Planning Commission shall adopt rules as necessary in order to conduct its affairs in keeping with the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson and/or on a monthly basis, as necessary. All meetings shall be open to the public. The Planning Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member and other official actions, all of which shall be public record. Three (3) members of the Planning Commission shall be required to constitute a quorum for a public meeting.
