The purpose of this chapter is to identify the bodies responsible for the administration of this Zoning Ordinance and to define their powers and responsibilities. The administrative bodies identified herein are the Code Enforcement Officer, the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, the City Commission, and the Solicitor for the City of Gallipolis.
